OOPS

Hi everyone!  Oh MAN, a big OOPS on my part!  I totally forgot about making my Housewarming cards for my Real Estate agent!  I have been so busy with my garage this totally slipped my mind. UGH!

So, I emailed him and asked if I could send him 10 now and 10 when I finish them.  I hate that he has had to wait this long!  I made these 2 really quickly yesterday.  Have I mentioned how much I love CAS cards?  LOL!  First 10 in the mail tomorrow.  :-)

Like my other cards, these 2 use Ippity Stamp sets - the first one uses the house from Devoted and Tiny Alpha stickers from Cosmo Cricket.
This one uses the little house from House a Home
I liked the last card so much, I used the same layout for my Technique Tuesday challenge (TTSCS4) card over on SCS!!  The challenge is to make a card using a stamp set with flowers.  Easy peasy!  I used the cutie set, Spiro Garden. The sentiment is from Thanks for Everything.  The pattern paper is OA's Ducks in a Row.  Hummm... I am rethinking die cutting the rectangle on a diagonal as I keep thinking my panels are CROOKED! LOL! I assure you they are straight!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Card Deets (housewarming):
Stamps - House a Home, Devoted
Ink - memento rich cocoa
Paper - White, Lemon tart, Aqua mist (PTI), striped pattern paper
Accessories - Buttons and Copic markers (Pinkhedgehog Papercrafts), Jute String (Stamp Simply Ribbon Store), sponge, nestabilities, swiss dots EF, tiny alpha stickers (Cosmo Cricket)

Card Deets (TT challenge):
Stamps - Spiro Garden, Thanks for Everything
Ink - Chocolate Chip, old olive, daffodil delight, hibiscus burst
Accessories - Buttons and Copic markers (Pinkhedgehog Papercrafts), Jute String (Stamp Simply Ribbon Store), sponge, nestabilities

  9. Great cards! I know things vary in different parts of the country, but I was wondering what your agent pays for your cards. I'd like to approach some of the people in my area but don't have a clue what to ask for a price.
