Nordic Cozy Cocoa card

Hi crafty friends! Today's Christmas card uses die sets from the Poppystamps new collection, Nordic Winter Magic. This collection is full of super cute winter and Christmas die sets!

These pretty mugs are from the Nordic Cozy Cocoa die set, the accent holly and berries are from the Nordic Holly Sprig die set and the sentiment is the Warm Wishes Cheerful Script and is such a pretty font!

I started my card by choosing a striped paper from the A2 Merry paper pad and die cut white cardstock from the Scalloped Pinpoint Frames die set and adhered using 1mm foam squares. 
I used the colors from the patterned paper for my mugs and holly and berries. I used red glitter cardstock for the berries and mug decoration layer for extra pops of sparkle! I think this turned out super cute.

Poppystamps Nordic Winter Magic- Nordic Skating Bear

Hi crafty friends! I have a fun Winter card to share today using die sets from the NEW Nordic Winter Magic Release by Poppystamps. This release features 20 image die sets, 3 sentiment die sets, a card front die and pinpoint scalloped tags and rectangles! 

To start my card, I used the Diamond Oval Pinpoint Background die from white cardstock and adhered to pale aqua cardstock. I trimmed it and adhered to my card base with foam squares.
The adorable polar bear is from the Nordic Skating Bear die set. I think he looks so dapper all dressed in red and turquoise!

To make the snow bank, I hand cut the shape on white cardstock and then traced it to the backside of the white glitter cardstock from the Majestic Hues Glitter pad. I trimmed it and adhered it to the bottom. For the final touches of sparkle, I used some glitter drops. I love how this turned out. 😍

Simple flower slimline card

Hi crafty friends! Today I am sharing a simple mini slimline flower card featuring the beautiful Simple Floral Bundle die set by Poppystamps.

I wanted to keep my card mostly white on white, so I die cut my flowers and sprigs and then lightly colored them with Zig markers. I first added some water to the die cut along the cut lines in the petals and then went in with a light touch of color. I used Bristol Smooth cardstock as this is watercolor marker friendly!

Before I adhered my flowers and sprigs I added some splatter using the Smokey Olive Zig marker.

I love how this turned out.

Nordic Pretty Petal Flower Circle Card

 Hi crafty friends! Today I'm sharing a cute circle card featuring the Nordic Pretty Petal Flower die set by Poppystamps.

 The Nordic Pretty Petal Flower die set has a large flower base, 3 petal overlay designs and a variety of flower center options. For my flower, I die cut the base with pink cardstock and the overlay pattern a lighter shade. The leaves were die cut from the flower base with pale green cardstock. I cut 2 of the "petals" and flipped them around and you have leaves!

Yappy Birthday Shaker Card

 Hi crafty friends! I'm here today with a fun shaker card featuring the new Leaping Dachshund die from the new Dog Days of Summer collection by Poppystamps!! Scroll down for a short video and complete supply list. 

I recycled stamp packaging and created a slim profile shaker element. To start, I inked blended the background with light blue ink and added some gold splatter. I sealed up 3 sides and then added a variety of sequins, sealed it up the top and adhered it to a card base.

I had the cute doggie leaping across the shaker element carrying a fun birthday balloon. I love how this turned out!

Quick and Easy Butterfly card trio

 Hi crafty friends! This clean and simple card trio features and adorable Nordic Belle Butterfly die set by Poppystamps which is part of the Nordic Spring release! Scroll down for complete supply list.

This pretty butterfly has 3 layers, so after die cutting with 3 colors of cardstock, you have enough die cuts to mix and match and make 3 butterflies! I used this as a jumping off point to make a trio of CAS cards. Designing my cards with some cardstock and pattern paper stripes, and a simple sentiment made these quick and easy!

I don't play with water colors often, so this was a fun departure for me. I took out my water color palette and my No 8 round brush and added some colors to my panel as grounding for my butterflies.

 Hi crafty friends! Today I'm sharing this quick and easy snowman card using goodies from Poppystamps. Do you have snow where you live? We've had such a warm winter that we've only had 2 days of 1" of snow 😂 Check out this happy snowman and scroll down for a list of supplies used.

This is a pretty quick make, I only used the Nordic Happy Snowman die set, Let it Snow Moonlight Script die set and the Simple Rings die set.

All the sparkle on the cutie snowman is from the Glitzy Glitter paper pad. Don't sleep on these glitter pads!!! There are 5 color packs which are thick, easy to die cut and have 2 sheets of 12 colors per pack!!
