Simple Birthday cards

Hi everyone!  Welcome to the Stamp Simply Ribbon store September blog hop!

This month's theme was to create a gift of some kind.  Being the 3-D shy kinda girl, I went with a set of cards.  I made this trio using the same Pink Paislee 365 Degrees pattern paper, the same Prima Fairytale Rose in white, and the same basic layout with circles. I like my card sets to be similar enough to coordinate, but not exact.

Here is the first card.  This one uses a sentiment from Everyday Greetings by Rubber Soul, one red rhinestone, some red twill ribbon and burlap string:

Here is the second card.  This one also uses a sentiment from Everyday Greetings by Rubber Soul, orange rhinestones, 5/8" ivory crocheted lace and 1/8" blue silk ribbon:
Here is the last card.  This one uses a sentiment from Rose Border by Rubber Soul, white wrinkled ribbon and pearls in Lush:
So here they are all packaged up.  I discovered rather quickly that all 3 would NOT fit in my box!  Yep, these Prima flowers are very pretty, but BULKY!  So, I only packaged up the birthday cards.  I kept the packaging SIMPLE.  I used some of the silver elastic cord -I love to use this because it is easy to tie and remove AND it keeps it's shape.  I added some 1/8" red silk ribbon(again double bow) with another white prima in the center.  Not very fancy schmancy, but I like it simple!
As with all of our monthly hops, there is hidden blog candy along the way!!  Be sure to check out my fellow DT's Autumn gift creations and leave a little love along the way.  One random commenter will win a fabulous prize -the Stamp Simply Kaisercraft Utopia Kit.
