Happy SBC Fest week!

Hi crafty friends! SBC Fest is this Friday and today I'm sharing a card I made using Laura Graff's class bundle. For more details on the classes, instructors and kits, you can watch the announcement video from Laura and Cody HERE.

My card uses the wonderful A2 Wildflower paper pad from in the kit (which is also available in 6x8 size). I used the patterns and the solids for my background, flowers and sentiment from the die set shown at the top of the graphic. This card is pretty simple and flat for mailing.

I love how this turned out! Stay tuned for more inspiration later this week.

SBC Fest is almost here! Instructor kit inspiration, Part 1

Hi crafty friends! If your looking for a fun crafting event that is FREE, check out SBC Fest Fall 2026 by Scrapbook.com. It starts Friday the 11th at 8am Arizona time.

This event features 6 classes! You can watch the announcement video from Laura and Cody HERE.

Today I am sharing a card using products from 2 of the instructor class kits!

I used the leaf and lower case alphabet dies from Brianna Estrella's class kit ($29.99)

I used the embossing folder from Mirisha Dean's class kit ($34.99)

I used Distress Oxide inks and blended fall colors to the leaves and die cuts. Otherwise, I kept the background clean with embossed white and a few glitter gems for pops of sparkle.

Stay tuned for more inspiration using the instructors kits!

Scrapbook.com Cardmaking Kit, beautiful floral dies, stamp set and pretty papers!

Hi crafty friends! I LOVE me a good cardmaking kit, so when Scrapbook.com comes out with the crafty kits for their SBC Fest classes I always take a close look. My card today comes from the Spring 2026 SBC Fest card kit from Laura Graff's class. I fell in love with everything in this kit!

Here is Laura's complete kit which is priced at $32.99

There are 7 total SBC Fest 2026 class kits still available and you can check them out here.

AND the classes are uploaded online, so you can watch and play along any time! You can watch them here.

Instead of my usual white background, I chose a darker print from the Heirloom paper pad as my background. I chose the colors from the paper, I love doing that since it's all guaranteed to work. I worked with light peach, white and 2 shades of blue. I felt the floral cluster needed a big bloom in the center, so I did use one of the flowers from the Sunnylane Florals die set to supplement the florals in the die set. I love how this turned out.

SBC Fest Day 2 inspiration - Thanks floral card

Hi everyone! I have a fun card to share. This weekend was the 5th annual SBC Fest hosted by Scrapbook.com. SBC Fest is a 2-day virtual papercrafting event with card making and scrapbooking classes by some of your favorite crafty instructors like Simon Hurley, Kristie Marcotte, Jamie Pate and more! The class videos are available FOREVER so if you can watch them any time at your convenience.

Here is a link to the SBC Fest page which shows each instructor, their class supplies list, and class homework. This is my 3rd year and I love to watch and play along with products I have in my stash.

As an affiliate, SBC gave me early access to the instructors cards and after seeing their projects and checking the class supply lists, I was excited to see I had the all the die sets that Erin Thompson used in her class! And you know I love me a floral die cut card. Be sure to catch her class on the replay! 💖

Here is my card inspired by her wonderful class project

SUNNY LANE FLORAL AND THANK YOU SENTIMENTS DIE SETS

I kept the basic layout of her card, sentiment and general flower placement. I changed out the papers used and I added patterned papers along with solids for my floral die cuts. I also changed the background to be white cardstock embossed by the Tiny Dots folder and went with silver instead of gold for my arches.

I think it's pretty amazing that Scrapbook.com puts on a free 2 day virtual event. I consider myself a seasoned card maker and I learn LOTS of tips and tricks with every class I watch. If you find yourself wanting to purchase any of the class supplies, be sure to use the code SBCFEST5 at checkout for 10% off.

AND add those freebies too! Here are 2 of the 4 freebies offered right now!

TIP: add the freebies one at a time. Once in your cart, add 1 freebie, then leave the cart and go back in and add the next.
