White and vellum poinsettia card

Hi everyone! I have a Christmas card to share -this card uses the amazing and lovely Poinsettia Steel Rule die!  Be still my heart.
**This is no longer available you can find all available Poinsettia die sets at Spellbinders here.
To make my flower, I die cut both whip cream cardstock and vellum and alternated them, 1 for each size.  Before gluing together, I took the Journey Gold Marker and outlined one side of each petal on the white flowers.  I think that just gives it a more elegant feel.

The bottom part of the card was made by heat embossing the Knitted Houndstooth background stamp with white powder.  And I embossed vellum with the Striped Love BG stamp for one of the strips below the flower.  Pretty huh?!?  I love embossing on vellum!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!
