Hi everyone! I have just returned from a wonderful road trip vacation. We drove down to Los Angeles (I live up in the suburbs of Portland, OR) for my husband's 2 day family reunion. We made stops at the Northern California Redwood National Forest, San Francisco and then down to LA where we saw the Hollywood Walk of Fame and did some shopping on Melrose Avenue!
But I'm back and it's time to get back to Christmas in July despite the HOT temperatures!! Today I'm sharing a card using a few more products from Yana's De-Light-Ful Christmas collection.The background is the Glimmer Holly Background plate colored in with the Layered Glimmer Holly Background Stencil and the sentiment is from the A Merry Little Christmas Sentiments Glimmer both were foiled with Black Foil. Here's how it turned out.
The background is a little busy, so to make the sentiment stand out I added a black panel and die cut a small scalloped border at the bottom to jazz it up. Along with some twine, I used the Holiday Blooms die set for the poinsettia and added star sequins as accents.
