Hi everyone! Christmas in July is still in full swing over at Spellbinders. Today I am sharing two cards from the amazing collection designed by Yana Smakula called De-Light-Ful Christmas. This collection has everything you could want: Glimmer plates (one has coordinating stencils!), 3D embossing folder, poinsettia dies, even a wax seal stamp!
My first card uses the adorable De-Light-Ful Christmas glimmer plate which is a fun string lights background and a sentiment from the A Merry Little Christmas Sentiments Glimmer.
I foiled it in green and die cut the lights to make red, green and
yellow bulbs. I trimmed the panel and adhered it to small strips of
patterned paper. I foiled the sentiment in the same green foil for a
coordinating look. This card is very flat and will be easy for mailing.

My second card uses the gorgeous Poinsettia Bloom die set and another sentiment from the A Merry Little Christmas Sentiments Glimmer.
I kept things pretty simple on this card. I die cut the poinsettia from white cardstock, put aside the center pieces and lightly sponged ink on the outline frame part. I trimmed another white panel and die cut a border along the bottom and adhered the frames on top. I kept things super simple with a few red gems in the centers and a foiled sentiment near the bottom.

I am off on vacation, but stay tuned for more inspiration from this collection once I return!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
