First up, the SCS Sketch challenge. This card was also for the Crafty Secrets weekly challenge -this week was to use NEW things on your card. I like these challenges, cause I love using new things! The images are from CS Birds Galore set. I colored the birdies with prismacolor pencils and popped them up on dimensionals. I used Angel Wings Shimmerz on the birds and the primas. The new things on this card is the DP is my new Basic Grey pad, Granola, the Primas are new from the Youth bottle and the buttons are also from Basic Grey Granola!

Michelle, both cards are fabulous! You've rocked the challenge girl. I have to comment on your previous post here regarding your son and his alligator. Way too cute! Boys will be boys.
ReplyDeleteWe made a trip to Busch Gardens when my boys were smaller. My Daniel was around 7. When we were leaving we went into a gift shop and Daniel wanted a gummy alligator to snack on. Well we get in the car and my son, Stephen, says, "mom, Daniel looks funny". I turned around and only the tail of the alligator was visible in Daniel's mouth. Now, mind you, this gummy alligator was about 7/8 inches in length. Daniel had swallowed it whole. I panicked, I don't think I've ever been so scared! Daniel's eyes got all watery and then the tail was gone, it went down. Once I saw that he was okay, I grabbed him by the shoulders and shook him as hard as I could and blistered his ears. LOL, there are definitely Angels watching over us.
Your cards are just beautiful.
