For this card, I used a snowman and sentiment from the Snow Wonderful set. I love the fun prints and colors of Deja Views DP from the Winter collection. I thought they would be perfect for this little guy. The snowflakes are from punches and the bling are from the Kaiser Scrapbook rhinestones pack (you know, the swirly one). I put stickles all over the bottom of the snowman for snow. He is colored with Copic markers. I outlined him with the C1 Cool Grey and then around the outside used the Y11 Pale Yellow marker -I then blended/lightened the edges of both with my 00 Blender pen. This is a cool technique I learned from Marianne's blog, I Like Markers. She has some great tips, this one was how to "color" snow.
Card deets:
Stamps - snow wonderful, canvas
Paper - real red, bashful blue, white, Winter by Deja Views
Accessories - copic markers, lots of bling, snowflake punches, white satin ribbon, rectangle nesties, SU scallop border punch
Wow Michelle! This is so gorgeous! I love the paper colors and pattern layers and the way you did the stamp with the stickles and jewels. I could go on. Oh and then the snowflakes! Just gorgeous :)
