Pinkfresh Garden Party birthday card

Hi crafty friends! I have a fun birthday card to share today. I got the amazing Garden Party die set and coordinating stencil set a while ago and finally had the chance to use it! Check out what I made and scroll down for a list of supplies used.
You know I love me a great floral die set and Pinkfresh has a TON! My wallet doesn't always keep up with my eyeballs, but I fell in love with Garden Party as soon as I saw it! 💙💜
I also played along with the Color Hues Color challenge which is to use tones of BLUE and PURPLE. Say no more! I love these colors and was happy to play along. Side note, this challenge is their 100th challenge and there is a pretty awesome prize offered up to the winner!
I used 2 shades of each color cardstock and did some inking blending to get some dimension. And for a bit of sparkle I inked my Pixie Dust Sparkle cardstock with Seaside ink and added some Lilac Clear Drops. I love how this turned out!

  1. Michelle this is a STUNNER!!! I love that you totally embraced the Hues in our challenge. I did chuckle at your comment about your eyes and wallet. I think that's true of most of us. Thanks so much for playing with us at Color Hues!

  2. Beautiful. Love the two shades of blue and purple for the beautiful flower arrangement in that scallop circle. I am with you, I love all the Pinkfresh Studio flower die sets. I have a ton of them myself. :)

  4. Michelle, your showcase of the Garden Party flowers - especially in two shades of purple - and framed by an eye-catching blue scalloped circle - is gorgeous! Everything about your card makes me smile all over my face! Thrilled to see this in the Colour Hues gallery!
