Merry Mugs Delivering Warm Christmas Hugs

Hi everyone! I'm back today with a fun Christmas mug card. I used a new die set from the new Merry Mug Creations by Spellbinders, designed by Nicol Spohr. I am in love with all the components in this die set.
It is part of Nichol's Merry Mugs and Circle Delights Collection which is a set of 4 die sets and 1 sentiment stamp set and they are designed to mix and match with each other. I also have the Whimsical Winter Critters die set, so stay tuned for some inspiration using it.
I used a piece of the my favorite Christmas patterned paper pack, Merry by Scrapbook.com as the mug design and let it guide me with color choices of the card. For the background I embossed white cardstock with the Scenic Poinsettias 3D Embossing Folder and lightly inked it with Minted ink to make the features POP!
To give the marshmallow and foam some dimension I used an N1 Copic marker along the die cut line and then went over it with Twinkle Stickles. I build up and around the mug with a combination of blooms and greenery from Christmas Blooms die set and the goodies that come with the Merry Mug Creations. I just love how this turned out. Everything worked perfectly together!
