You are amazing in gold

Hi everyone!!  I just can't seem to get enough of gold lately.  I'm telling you last year this time this "silver girl" would have never believed all the gold I am using!  
 First I die cut the Hexagon openings into my cardstock and after carefully lining up with the openings, I applied the washi tape behind them to the card base.
My butterfly has 3 layers, the first is the glitter gold, the next is white cardstock with gold ink on the edges and the top is vellum.  To make the gold glitter butterfly, I layered the washi tape to cardstock and die cut.  The butterfly shown below ended up being too big, but you get the idea.

  4. Love the gold, I always choose gold. What a neat idea with the washi tape and hexagons, it looks so pretty Michelle. The addition of the butterfly is wonderful.
