Today we are spotlighting 2 sets:
Let it Snow, designed by Theresa
Winter Blocks, designed by Tami
First up is a card I made with Let it Snow. I love every thing snowflakes (except in real life), they are so beautiful and delicate. There are 8 stunning snowflakes in this set and I stamped 2 on my card in using Ocean Mist and Turquoise Sea Color Companion inks. I layered Labels Sixteen shapes in White and Ocean Mist Pure Luxury cardstock. Lastly, I added some stickles around the white label and added a snowflake sequin w/pearl and done! Flat and easy to mail = 1 stamp mailing!!
My next card uses Winter blocks.
For this card, I tried to pull off the super popular chalkboard look I'm seeing everywhere. I stamped the image with white ink on black pure luxury cardstock. Then I drew in some lines with green, red and white colored pencils and a ruler, and I lightly sponged ink around randomly. I just love poinsettias and thought a small felt one would be the perfect accent to this card. It is still relatively flat and will fit into an envelope easily. I probably won't mail this, but it's easy to give out in person.
