Stamp Simply CAS Christmas #11

Hi everyone!  Welcome to another Stamp Simply CAS Christmas Wednesday on Friday!  I made a super quick and easy card for today -so easy I made 2!  This design is perfect for using up those strips of paper that always seem to be left in our 6x6 pads.
I have seen variations of this design all over the blogasphere and decided to make a Christmas tree using paper scraps and a snowflake stamp die cut into a circle for the topper.  The pattern paper strips are from My Mind's Eye All is Bright 6x6 pad.  The snowflake and sentiment are from Christmas Vintage Labels One stamp set.  A tiny bow from burlap string and yellow rhinestones are the finishing accents.
This design was so easy, I made another!  This one took less than an hour (which for me is huge, since even CAS cards take me over 4 hours!).  This time I used the pattern paper from the MME Winter Wonderland pad and added a piece of Solid Center Stitches ribbon along the bottom of each "tree" piece.  I also stamped the little snowflakes from the Large Fancy Holiday Sentiments set to make a background.
Now head on over to Sharon's blog and see what Christmas inspiration she has for you. She was also inspired by my tree design and made one of her own which is elegant and beautiful!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!  I'll leave you with a close up picture.
