Hi everyone!! Welcome to Day 1 of the Gina K Designs October Release Inspiration Blog hop! Today we are spotlighting the sets, Basket Additions illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger and Strength and Hope illustrated by Theresa Momber.
First up is a card using the holiday basket fillers from Basket Additions. These basket "fillers" fit perfectly in the baskets from the older sets Holiday Basket and Spring Basket. There are images for baskets for all the winter occasions! I colored the image with copic markers and even remembered to add a bit of liquid applique to Santa's hat! The fun
paper is from Echo Park, the Season's Greetings pad (P.S. my FAVORITE paper of the season).
Next, is my card using Strength and Hope. WHAT an amazing set. So inspirational, Theresa outdid herself on this one! I chose to use the amazing butterfly image and paired it with some papers from the JilliBean Soup, the Homemade 6 Bean Soup pad. This butterfly is just stunning and doesn't need any coloring at all if you are not inclined.
For even more samples of these new sets, you can visit each of the GKD Design Team blogs listed below. Make sure you leave a comment here and on each of their blogs because Gina
is going to draw two randomly chosen winners from all of the blog
comments, and each will get a stamp set of their choice valued at
up to $24.95! Gina will announce the winners on her blog tomorrow.
