2 cards to share before my mini vacation

Hi everyone! I have a short post today as I am prepping and packing for a mini vacation to the Great Wolf Lodge -an indoor water slide theme park!!

I have 2 cards I can share with you. This first one was from the January issue of CARDS magazine. It uses the cutie Basic Grey Lemonade chipboard stickers and pattern paper with a Verve sentiment from Circular Sayings.This card was from last month's Verve release that I haven't had a chance to post. It uses my favorite Verve flower du jour, Love's Flower a sentiment from Accent Notes, and some beautiful lace from Sharon's Stamp Simply store. The flower is layered and colored with Copic markers with a touch of shimmerz on it.

    Two lovely cards, Michelle. Wonderful bird on the fist one and I love the other circles with the splash of red. Love that flower on the second one and the touch of bling by the sentiment is the perfect finishing touch.

    I've heard great thing about that Lodge. We may have to check it out one day as it isn't all that far away for us to get there. Have fun and enjoy some of the water slides for me :D

    These are both GORGEOUS Michelle!!!! Love the soft colours and chipboard on the first and that beautiful flower and crochet lace on the second! I'm sure you and the boys are having a blast on your vacation!
