I'm back from CHA and blog candy!

Hi everyone! I am back from CHA and what an amazing time! Three fun (and tiring) filled days!!

It was my first time going and all I can say is WOW!! What a thrill to meet some of my all time favorite stamping idols, fellow DT members and blogging friends from years back. ***happy sigh***

I have some pictures to share and then some impromptu BLOG CANDY!! At some point, when I wasn't looking, my followers passed the 200 mark! WOW, a big thank you for all of you who stop by and peek at what I share! So in honor of that, some blog candy is in order!!

I took over 100 pictures, so this may not be the only blog post with CHA pictures. But, in my tired state last night, here are a couple I uploaded. Without further ado...

Me and Amy Sheffer, the amazingly talented and fellow Verve Diva! I was able to spend most of my walking around time Monday with Amy and Tosh and it was AWESOME!Here is me with Tosh. Another happy sigh. I have been a fan of Tosh since my first days at SCS! She sent me a birthday card 2 1/2 years ago and I still have it on my shelf!! I'll never throw that masterpiece away, could you!?! Me and Kimberly Crawford! What up?!? This girl is HIL-arious and crazy talented! I walked around with Kim, Charlene, Carly and Steph on Sunday and I sooo love these girls! Here is me and my Dirty Girl roomie (that means we both entered the Dirty Dozen together), Joan Ervin. Sigh, I love Joan. We have shared so much together, and it was a thrill to finally meet her! This is me and Tanya Fox, the editor of Card Maker magazine. WOW! She is as sweet in person as I KNEW she would be. And what a cutie?!? Huh!?!Here is a picture of the Ippity team that was there. Sadly missing were Maria and Lisa (missed you girls). This group of ladies is TOP NOTCH! What fun! Left to right, Eva, Michelle, Eryn, Angela, me and Kelly. Here is a pic of me and Jeanne Streiff. WOWZERS! Talk about stamping idol! Jeanne is super talented and one of the most down to earth gals you'll ever meet. Super sweet!!Here is me and my fellow Ippity DT gal, Eva. What can I say Eva? You are one of my rocks and a voice of strength to me! Hugs to you girl!Last, but not least, here is me and Kelly. Kelly and I roomed at CHA and let me tell you, this girl is amazing! Generous, wonderful sense of humor and a total SWEETHEART! Miss you roomie!
What fun times!!

  10. What a wonderful time you must have had! I relate as I went to the first CHA opened to "non-wholesalers" in Orlando last year...it will always hold a special place in my heart!!! To meet (in person) those you look up to AND to do all the wonderful projects...well, it's just one of those memorable times in your life. TFS your great pictures.

I have several I look up to and "follow" their blogs daily. But if I have to limit it I guess it would be you and Dawn McVey! I love the CAS style that makes for a beautiful simple card!! (Yep, you are one AND I'm not just saying that!) Thanks for the opportunity to be eligible for your blog candy!

  11. Attending at least one CHA is definitely on my bucket list. Sounds like you had a fantastic time. As for my stamping idols...There are so many out there. To name a few: Becca Feeken of Amazing Paper Grace, Sherrie Siemens of Card Creme and Debbie Sayer of A Peek Into My Stamping Room. If I only had a smidgen of their talent I'd be happy.

I watch over a hundred blogs so to name my top favs besides yourself I'd day Tosh as well and Theresa Momber, Yvonne Hagane, Becca Feeken. The list could go on. It all depends on what technique or colouring style I'm trying to figure out at the time.
