Hi everyone! You may remember when I returned from CHA, I posted a picture of me standing in front of the current Spring issue poster in the Paper Creations booth which featured my Easter cake project on the cover?
Well...
I didn't have a chance to announce it at that time, but I've been asked to write a series of articles for Paper Creations called Trend Watch! You'll see Trend Watch in all 4 issues of 2014 and I couldn't be more excited! In the photo, see the bottom left column of the cover under "2 New Series!"? Trend Watch...yep, that's me! Seriously, this is a dream come true!

Each article will focus on a different paper crafting trend. My first article focuses on paper flowers and how you can make them from your everyday circle and heart punches and dies.
Here is a sample of the projects I made for this issue using the heart shape. The flowers range from very simple to complex (on the tag). In each article you'll find very detailed instructions as well as step out photos. Paper Creations is known for their instructions and is a perfect magazine for beginner crafters as well as advanced.

So how about a giveaway? I have an extra copy of this issue to give away! Just leave me a comment here on this post and I'll announce the winner on Monday, March 24th. Oh and I *may* include a few more goodies in the package as well.
If your interested in buying Paper Creations, you can find it at Joann's, Walmart, Barnes & Noble and a few other stores, or you can always subscribe and 1 year (4 issues) subscription costs $19.97.
Thanks for stopping by and stay tuned for the Summer, Fall and Winter Paper Creation issues and see what trend I will be writing about!
