Hi everyone! Welcome to Day One of the Gina K Designs June Release Inspiration hop! Today we are spotlighting 2 fabulous sets, The Vine and All Occasion Tags.
First up, I have a tag I made using The Vine. I stamped the sentiment repeatedly with Versamark ink across the top portion and then embossed it with clear powder. I stamped the vine image and lightly colored the leaves with a copic marker and turned it into a small strip along the bottom. I don't make tags a lot and I love how they turn out. Have to remember to do them more often!
Next is a couple cards I made with All Occasions Tags. This set is designed to coordinate with the fabulous Spellbinders Grommet Tags die templates. L.O.V.E. I went a bit shabby with this first card with some sponging, seam binding and I layered my Grommet Tag piece with a Labels Twenty (this shape is growing on me). I colored the label image in with a light blue copic marker to blend it a bit with the pattern paper.
My next card uses the new color of cardstock, Blue Raspberry. It is so bright and fun, I had to pair it with some bright yellow striped paper from the Splash pad by Echo Park. Get your shades cause, WOW, this is bright!! I stamped the tag image and embossed it in clear, so its really bright and glossy IRL.
For even more samples of these new sets, you can visit each of the GKD Design Team blogs listed below. Make sure you leave a comment here and on each of their blogs because Gina is going to draw two randomly chosen winners from all of the blog comments, and each will get a stamp set of their choice valued at up to $24.95! Gina will announce the winners on her blog tomorrow.
