Hi everyone! I am sooo excited for today. IT'S VERVE RELEASE DAY! Today Julee is releasing 4 new sets and 5 Plain Janes. Sigh, I just KNOW you will love them all as much as I do!

It's been a while since the last release, so we couldn't go without a bit of a chat to catch up with all our friends! I do have a card to share with you. This card uses the new set Let it Shine. You are sooo gonna love this set. It peeks over on the Verve blog at 6pm Eastern, so be sure to stop by to see what the other Divas have done with it.

This card uses Karen's Sweet Sunday sketch 58 and some MUCH NEGLECTED Nook and Pantry Basic Grey paper. I just HAD to use as much yellow on this card as I possibly could, so I used some yellow twill ribbon (from Stamp Simply Ribbon store). See the border punch? Sigh, yes, I got another one -these little buggars are becoming an addiction -LOL! This one is called Dotted Scallop and I love it cause it is soooo tiny and pretty!! The suns are colored with my copics and I added Gold Shimmerz on the darker "rays" and ring. Very sparkly IFL.
