Hi everyone! It's Sunday and that means it's time for another FABULOUS Cupcake Inspiration challenge from Hope Stamps Eternal! Check out this cute St. Patty's Day cupcake! But before I get to my card... WE HAVE A NEW SWEETIE IN TOWN! Yes, please help me to welcome Karen Giron, The Sweetest Thing as the newest HSE Sweetie! Some of you may be familiar with her amazing Sunday sketches? We are thrilled to have her on the team!!
And now for my card, I took my inspiration from the green on the cuppie and went with some green patterns from Cosmo Cricket's Early Bird paper. Yep, still my favorite paper, altho Devonshire and Peachy Keen are a SUPER CLOSE SECOND!
OK, first I have to say, this card has lots of stuff going on. Lately I have migrated to CAS, but this one definitely ISN'T! I love how it turned out, I just kept piling stuff on! The layout is Mojo127 from a couple weeks ago. I used my new SU! 2-step bird punch and the amazing sentiment is from Verve's Big Wish. AND what about that gorgeous Velvet Ric Rac ribbon? Yummm! The little birdie's eye is a brown rhinestone from Zva Creative's Round Wheel.
Everyone is invited to play along in the challenge!! If you do, be sure to link your creation to Mr. Linky on the HSE Blog and use CIC50 when uploading to SCS. Every week, Rachel highlights the top 5!!
Now head on over to the Sweeties and see how they rocked these adorable cupcakes!!!!
