This is my second post today. For my Cupcake Challenge post, please scroll down or click here.

Hi everyone! First, a BIG thank you to everyone for your lovely comments throughout the Ippity Stamps sneak peeks! I feel the love!!

Today is the final day of peeks. Tomorrow the sets RELEASE and you can buy them from me on my Ippity Sales Blog! There is also a full day of CELEBRATING going on in the Ippity Forum lots of challenges, prizes and FUN!

Today, we are peeking the sets What Matters Most and Sweet Thoughts of Spring.

My first card uses an amazing house image from What Matters Most. LOVE this set! It will be a favorite of many, it's a set of 16 that is whimsical and inspirational. I colored the image with copic markers and added some glitter ink to the hearts on the shutters, door knobs and the center heart. It's pretty simple and I used the Nestie frames again -kinda gives it a picture feel, right?

My next card uses Sweet Thoughts of Spring which is an ADORABLE set of 13 that is perfect for Easter or spring! I used an old layout fav of mine. Again, very CAS. The little bunny is colored with Copics and has a tiny silver pearl in his flower -so cute!! The pattern paper is Cosmo Cricket, Early Bird (which is on sale thru tomorrow, so check it out).

BE SURE to check out the DTs amazing sneak peeks and we even have a couple Unity girls playing along too!

Ippity Stamps Sneak Peek: Day 3

Hi everyone! Ready for MORE?!? Today we are peeking 2 more sets, Where You Should Be (my personal favorite of the release) and Love in Return. Both sets SERIOUSLY ROCK!!

My card uses one of 7 stamps in the Where You Should Be. The leave branches in this set are AMAZING!

My card is a sympathy card. My dad lost his sister last week and I made this for him. He is a manly man if there ever was. NO FRILLS for him at all. I made this CAS and used this week's Fall To Layout 77. The pattern paper to the left is from Basic Grey Mellow. Simple black pearls adorn the leaves and a simple piece of 1/4" black grosgrain are all the embellies I used. The sentiment is from Ippity's Just Wanted to Say.

The card base is from a pack of note cards from Creative Cafe. The color worked for a masculine card and it has some ridged texture that gives it that something extra.

This next card also uses a leaf image from Where You Should Be. I used the CPS153 sketch for the layout and Nook and Pantry is the pattern paper. The sentiment is from Just Wanted to Say, I inked only the Thanks word on the stamp. The cute little brown pearls are from Zva Creative's Pearl Wheel.

There's something about this card that doesn't settle well with me, but after 2 days of fussing around -adding panels, taking away stuff, it is what it is -kwim?!?

BE SURE to check out the DTs amazing sneak peeks and we even have a couple Unity girls playing along too!

Ippity Stamps Sneak Peeks: Day 2

Hi everyone! Did you enjoy the first day of peeks yesterday? Lots of {ippity} goodness over the blogasphere, huh?!?

Today we are peeking the sets Regal Greetings and Music of My Heart!!

I have 2 cards to share and they both use Regal Greetings! I didn't plan it that way, it just happened. This first card was very difficult for me to make. My friend, Shannan lost her husband over the weekend. She and her 2 little boys are dealing with unimaginable grief right now. I absolutely could not get this card started. It took me 3 days.

Sometimes when I have a difficult card to make, I go to another stamper for inspiration. This card was inspired by Amy Rohl's amazing card here. I used one of the sentiments from Regal Greetings. The pattern paper is from KaiserCraft, their Cafe Culture line and of course the gorgeous May Arts ribbon is from Sharon's Stamp Simply Ribbon store as are the Chocolate pearl accents.

My next card uses a different sentiment and an accent stamp from the set. Using my Stamp-a-ma-jig I stamped the accent flourish on top and bottom in chocolate chip ink. Making sure to leave room for the sentiment in the middle. I embossed the sentiment in white. I added some Snow Kaiser Pearls as accents. The ribbon is Martha Stewart Seam Binding and the beautiful white flower is from Zva Creative, Sweet Blossoms. This card is pretty simple allowing the sentiment to stand alone.

Don't forget to stop by the Design Team's blogs to see more peeks. Someone is bound to show you something from the Music of the Heart set -LOL!

Ippity Stamps Sneak Peeks: Day 1

Hi everyone! The Ippity Stamps sneak peeks have begun!!

This is so exciting, Ippity releases 8 sets every 3 months and the time is HERE!! For those of you new to Ippity, it is a stamp line from Unity Stamping Co. The stamps are sold only by peeps like me, you won't find them at any online or brick and mortar store. Gals who sell Ippity are called "Ippity Chicks"! How fun is that?

Today the Design Team is peeking 2 sets, Moonbeams and Heart Strings and Fishy Philosophy. AND you can find set snippets on the Ippity blog!! My card use Moonbeams. You will love this one, it is a set of 8 stamps that are perfect for baby cards AND love cards -yep, both!! I stamped the stars/moon strings image and cut them out to dangle above the sentiment panel. I channeled Amy Sheffer again for her clever ribbon treatments! I had fun with my Spellbinder dies as you can tell -making the frames is kind of a pain, but worth it, don't cha think?!?

I just got a new pack of Core'dinations WhiteWash Collection, and I used the blue one for this card. Keep an eye out, I will be using this cardstock throughout my peeks!

I didn't have time to make a card with Fishy Philosophy, but as it turns out, I DO have something to share. I should preface this by stating the I HAVE BOYS. Not girls, nothing pink and frilly EVER goes on at this house, save my crafting area -LOL!

OK - So I sat down with Ryan (my 4yo) to make Valentines for his class. After HOURS (which felt like DAYS) of tantrums, we compromised to make a Valentine with an animal on the front and taping a piece of candy to it. Out of ALL my animal stamps (including Prehistoric Pals by SU!) he CHOSE THE FISH FROM FISHY PHILOSOPHY! LOL! Can't argue with his taste :-)He chose the colors and stamped them all himself (egads, don't look at my iron on the ground in the background). He punched the holes with the Crop-a-dile and taped the candy on all "by himself" (that's big around here). Then that was it -then he moved on to the Wii game! Here is the final bunch. I used the ticket corner punch at the top and added a small piece of ribbon. I REALLY WANTED TO DO MORE TO THESE! The crafter in me was horrified that they weren't cute enough, but the kids ARE 4 and these will get thrown away as soon as the candy gets ripped off them! LOL!

Anyway, these give you a peek 1 of the 2 fish images from the set!!

Be sure to check out the DTs amazing sneak peeks and we even have a couple Unity girls playing along too!
