Flourished Ornament slimline and Hearts Come Home cards

Hi everyone! A few months ago Spellbinders launched the Christmas Flourish collection designed by Becca Feeken. I have a couple cards to share, however both use gold mirror cardstock and it is challenging to photograph. So I hope you can get an idea on how beautiful they are IRL.

Supplies used on these cards:

Flourished Ornament Slimline

All Hearts Come Home

Gold Mirror cardstock

Fern cardstock

Light green cardstock

Pink Sand cardstock

Gold mix essential gems (slimline card)

Pink color essential gems (Hearts Come Home card)

On the slimline ornament card, I die cut the ornaments in the colored cardstock and layered the ornament details die cut with the gold mirror on top. Each one got a tiny gold string bow and the 2 oval shaped ornaments got a ornament string/hanger "attaching" them to the top of the card.

 

The All Hearts Come Home card has a lot going on. I chose to paper piece each little part of the trees and presents. It was a LOT of work and I'm not sure I'd do it again, but it turned out pretty amazing. To get the little details in the house, I inked through the die onto the white die cut before releasing it. That's my old school way of getting dimension.

 I couldn't get a decent photo of the All Hearts Come Home card, but here's a closer look at the slimline card.
