Hi crafty friends! Welcome to Day 3 of the Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Hop. I am so excited to be guest designing with Pretty Pink
Posh’s birthday release. This is a 4 day blog hop so if you missed any of the days, be sure to head to the PPP blog to check out each day!
I'm sharing 2 cards using the Fringe Present die set. It's been a minute since I played with a fringe die set and this one is fabulous because all the layers are on separate dies. So you can die cut all your fringe pieces at once.
I wanted to keep the area above the fringe plain so I could add a "ribbon" and bow at the top. To do that, I used 3 of the 4 fringe die sizes. And I added 2 extra fringe layers by die cutting the smallest fringe and adhering it in between the regular layers. This is optional, but I love the fluffy look it gives 😍
The Fringe Present die set has the cutest pretty bow, it's a fun flirty shape and I can see using this for many projects. I accented each of the bows with some small flowers from the Spring Foliage die set. I can't resist adding small flowers to all my cards.
The sentiment is from the Upright Greetings Birthday stamp set. I stamped them and die cut them with a plain sentiment strip die, but if you prefer a fancier option, PPP has a cute Sentiment Strip die set with stitching and scallops and it's on my Wish List 😍
