Spellbinders | New Flea Market Finds - 2 card designs

Hi everyone! Today I am sharing a few cards that are kind of a departure from my normal style. When I was offered the chance to work with a few items from Cathe Holden's newest Flea Market Finds collection I jumped at it! New year who dis? All kidding aside, this year I am branching out creatively and I had a blast with Mini Envelopes 1 die set and Stationer's Boutique sticker pad. Check out what I made.

First up is a fun card with 3 pockets, each has a tag with an inspirational word. Perfect to give to someone you admire or want to encourage. The pockets are from the die set called Mini Envelopes 1 and features 2 slim envelopes, scalloped stationery insert, window options and mini tags! I used the small envelope in the set, it measures 1.5" x 2.5".

I decorated the envelopes with stickers from the Stationer's Boutique sticker pad. I also used some patterned paper I had left over from my card making kits (details below) and some ribbon and twine from my stash.
Here are all the tags, each decorated with a flower from the Sealed Blooms die set and a different word from the Stitched Alphabet Glimmer Descriptors.

My next card uses one of gorgeous floral cluster stickers from the Stationer's Boutique sticker pad along with some fun element stickers and that gorgeous border. I combined the stickers with more left over card making kit patterned paper and added some buttons and twine for a bit of vintage charm. In order to get the gorgeous flower cluster up on foam squares, I stuck it to some white cardstock and fussy cut it out. Fussy cutting isn't for everyone and you can avoid it by moving the twine on top of the sticker, which can be stuck flat to the card base.
