Spellbinders Add to Cart collection - Shopping cart birthday card

 Hi everyone! I have a fun birthday card to share that has some really cool 3D elements. My good friend, Becky Roberts designed a collection with Spellbinders called Add to Cart and it's adorable! It's a cleverly designed 3D shopping cart that comes with an assortment of accessories die sets! It's really well thought out. GENIUS!

I had a lot of fun making the shopping bags out of cute patterned paper and creating custom tissue to peek out from the top! It really adds that extra touch. I used pink and brushed gold cardstock to make the cart and the "bumper" and handle are from black.

And of course I had to add some flowers from my favorite Be Bold Blooms die set. They really do look adorable on the shopping cart!

To make the custom tissue paper for each shopping bag, I took some plain white tissue paper I already had, cut some up into small squares and then added stripes, squiggles and random dots with copic markers and a gold metallic pen from Dollar Tree. Turned out so cute. Here are close up pics.

Here's a pic to show some of the dimension you get with the cart and bag. I adhered the 2 bags in the back, but the main rainbow bag is removable! I made it that way so I could tuck in a personal note inside! What an adorable concept, I love this collection.
