Here's a card I made using one of the Fall stamp set, Great Harvest.
This turned out pretty simple basically using a few ribbon and patterned paper pieces. I sewed them down (yes, I busted out my sewing machine) and fussy cut out the sentiment and leaves. I used a few of the gold mini brads as accents.
