Spellbinders Classic Pooh Baby Collection

Hi crafty friends! Attention Winnie the Pooh lovers!! Spellbinders has a new baby themed add-on collection to their Classic Pooh stamps and dies. This release features 2 stamp with die sets, 1 3D embossing folder, 3 die sets and 2 foil and press plate sets. Check out what I made and scroll down for a complete supply list.
My card and tag duo uses the Bundle of Joy stamp and die setpatterned papers from the A2 Enchanted paper pad (which is Mickey Mouse themed but has perfect patterns for baby) by Scrapbook.com and the accents are from the Ribbon and Trim die set
I started my card by choosing a few pattern papers (and 1 solid) from the A2 Enchanted paper pad. The colors and patterns are perfect for a baby card! I used copics to color the flowers and hearts to match the papers. I used the Ribbon and Tr

Hero Arts What a Ride Collection

Hi crafty friends! Today is release day over at Hero Arts and I'm sharing a few cards from the new collection called What A Ride. This collection features a fun wavy cover plate, Yes You Can dies and coordinating layering stencil set and 2 stamp sets with matching dies. I love the groovy vibe of this collection!
YES YOU CAN DIE SET, LAYERING STENCIL AND WAVY LINES COVER PLATE

Here are the same colors flipped to a landscape orientation!
To start I chose my color palette with 2 shades of pink, 2 shades of teal and white. I die cut the Wavy Lines cover plate with all 5 colors. I mixed and matched the placement and ended up making 2 cards with the possibility of 3 more! I die cut the Yes You Can set with white for the letters and the shadow in black. Of course I had to add a flower accent, so I used flowers from the Apple Frame die set
YES YOU CAN DIE SET AND LAYERING STENCIL

This last card uses the Yes You Can Layering stencil and die set. I kept my colors similar to the cardstock and stenciled my layers with the ink colors listed below. I wanted to cut this down to a mini slimline, so I pulled out my trusty Master Layouts 07 die set for my panel. In order to get the die cut letters to fit in the stenciled openings, I used the letter dies without the shadow on them. I cut both black and white with the letter die and layered them slightly askew. I love how fun these turned out!

Susan Tierney-Cockburn Double and Single Peonies die set

Hi crafty friends! You all know I love a pretty flower die and today I'm sharing a card using one of the flower dies from the latest collection from Susan Tierney-Cockburn for Spellbinders. The collection is called The Poet's Garden and features 4 flowers and 1 sentiment set.
DOUBLE AND SINGLE PEONIES AND PERFECT TOUCHES ARCHES DIES

My card uses the Double and Single Peonies die set which is popped up on layered arches die cut from the Perfect Touch Arches die set. The sentiment is from the A Little Message press and die set.
To start, I embossed my card front with the Tiny Dots embossing folder. I wanted some texture as my background, so this folder was perfect. I die cut my arches from white and kraft cardstock and before layering together, I added black splatter to the white panel. It's been awhile since I used my stitched  ribbon and I thought it would perfectly frame my peony! I used a few lilac gems for the final touches. I love how this turned out!

Spellbinders This Is Life collection

Hi crafty friends! OK I think we most of us will agree things in the US are pretty much a dumpster fire right now. So the timing for the This Is Life collection is spot on!! We need to keep our joy and sense of humor when faced with trying and difficult times, and this collection helped me with that.
DUMPSTER FIRE STAMP AND DIE SET

My cards use the new Dumpster Fire stamp and die set which features a dumpster die set and nine hilarious sentiments. I kept things clean and simple with some cardstock strips. My cards are pretty much the same, just different strip layout and sentiments.
To add a bit of sparkle, I used my Sunshine Yellow Glimmer Brush marker. Quick, easy and no glitter fallout!! I love these and stay tuned for more inspiration from this and other January collections.

Spellbinders Classic Mouse Love collection, 3 card designs

Hi crafty friends! It's release day over at Spellbinders and today I'm sharing some inspiration using the new add on Valentines themed products for the Classic Mouse collection. This Add-on collection is called Classic Mouse Love.
STEAMBOAT WILLIE AND CLASSIC MOUSE LOVE DIE SETS

My card uses the new Classic Mouse Love die set which features love themed items like balloons, hearts, chocolates, stemmed roses and a dashing hat for Mickey and a cute bow for Minnie. The sentiment is from the new Classic Mouse Love Sentiments press and die set.
The adorable pattern paper is from the A2 Valentine paper pad.
Next up are 2 cards using the Classic Mouse Rub-Ons from the collection. These are so cute and are transfer to paper very easily!
I was super excited to see the papers from the A2 Enchanted paper pad (which is Mickey Mouse themed) by Scrapbook.com perfectly match the colors of these rub-ons! I used a piece of the striped paper and die cut arches from the coordinating A2 Watercolor paper pad.
I love how these turned out!
Rub-on tip: Die cut your shaped panel before you apply the rub-on. This will ensure there are no "impressions" from a used cutting plate pressed into the image.
