Friends with Flair mini card

Hi everyone! I have a quick post sharing a mini card for today's Unity's Friends with Flair.  This 3x3 card was made by dressing up a pack of notecards I found in the dollar section at Michael's.  It came with 3 designs, 4 of each design with envelopes -not bad for a buck!

The stamp set is Ippity's What Matters Most, this set is an oldie but goodie!  I mean, how cute are these little birdies?
That's if for now, today is a jammie and Christmas cookie making day with my boys.  Well, they will probably play the Wii and eat the cookies I make, but you say potato I say potato!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
Card Deets:

Stamps - What Matters Most (Ippity by Unity Stamp Co.)
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper - White cardstock (Gina K Designs), Marjolaine 6x6 paper pad (Basic Grey)
Accessories - Mini note card set "Bohemian" (Studio G), silver cord (May Arts), silver pearls (Recollections by Michael's), Copic sketch markers, Classic Square Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Mini flower punch (ProvoCraft)

Let it Snow card

Hi everyone!  I am still trying to tackle my Christmas card list.  Yeah, I'm thinkin' some friends will be getting their cards just in time, or maybe a touch late!  Here is one I made this morning using the lovely paper, Powder Mountain by Bo Bunny.  I used Spellbinders Create-a-Flake Three dies for the snowflakes which are die cut and embossed from silver mirror cardstock.  It's so pretty and shiny IRL!
That's it for today.  Short and sweet as I have to buy my son a new coat (don't ask), which is surprisingly hard to do in the middle of winter!
Have a great day!  I'll leave you with a close up picture.
Most supplies can be found at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Quick and easy Christmas cards

Hi everyone!  I made a couple quick and easy Christmas cards this morning.  I am almost finished with my list and needed 2 more.  I was able to make both of these in under 1 hour and got them off in the mail!
Both my cards use the Bo Bunny Christmas paper, Mistletoe.  LOVE the traditional colors in this pad, give me red, bright green and white any day!  I used Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia dies, I didn't "poof" this flower up like I would normally do because I wanted it to lay as flat as possible.  The sentiment is JustRite's set, Christmas Vintage Labels One framed with a Labels Eighteen die.
Next is a card that uses paper scraps (you could even use washi tape) and a couple pieces of red twill ribbon.  I have seen this layout around the blogasphere and it is perfect for flat mailing!  The sentiment is JustRite's Large Fancy Holiday Sentiments accented with some red rhinestones.
That's it for today.  I have lots of Christmas shopping and wrapping to do!  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.  Here are some close up pictures.
All supplies can be found at the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Happy Holiday hop

Hi everyone!  Two of Gina K Design illustrator's, Becky and Melanie thought it would be fun to team up for a little Holiday Blog Hop.  This hop will showcase Becky's new set, "Warm Woolen Mittens" along with Becky's new cut file "Grand Banners" and "Grand Banners - Winter Sentiments" and Melanie's new set, "Lots of Letters" as well as some of her other recent favorite stamp sets.

I am featuring the new set Lots of Letters, and made a cute and simple baby boy card.

My card also uses one of the cute border images from the set, Pretty Patterns.  I stamped it in a light grey ink and accented it with some of the smaller circle pattern stamps.  I made a couple rings with my Spellbinders circles dies and .  This can easily be made with pinks for a baby girl, or change the word and you have a Thank You card, or whatever.  That's what I love about alphabet stamps -they are so versatile!

Joining me are some talented designers that will knock your socks off with their beautiful work! Make sure you visit everyone's blog to leave a comment and be entered to win the "I  do!" and "Beyond Baskets" clear stamp sets!  A winner will be announced Thursday on Melanie's blog.  Now on to today's projects!
