Verve Release Spotlight: Kind Words and Happy Hello

Hi everyone!  Welcome to the Spotlight for the Verve sets, Kind Words and Happy Hello.
My card today uses the set, Kind Words and is a double challenge card!  I used the super fun sketch from Mercy (MTSC87) AND the current Embellish Magazine Challenge to make a cute/simple card using the colors: peach, cream, kraft and sea foam green.

My card uses the flower image in the set and one of the 6 sentiments.  The pattern paper is Lullaby Lane from Webster's Pages.

    When I read those colors for the throwdown I could definitely see them being a challenge, but you brought them together in such a sweet and soft way. Love the button on the ribbon, the little pearlies, and the distressed edges.

    Perfect for the Embellish challenge!! You combined the colors wonderfully and that sentiment with different fonts adds its' own dimension - is the focus of the card but, the other elements make it stand out perfectly!!
